TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contest period:
18th – 19th December 2021

      1. Contest is organised by Jaguar Land Rover, Asia Pacific (“Organiser”).
      2. Contest is open only to legal residents of Singapore. Void where prohibited by law.
      3. Participants should be 21 years old and above, and living in Singapore.
      4. Participants must follow LandRoverSG Instagram handle to enable the notification of winners.

      5. To qualify for this contest, the contestant must:

      1. Follow @landroversg on Instagram

      2. Design the Defender outline using Instagram Story’s drawing tool

      3. Post their design as an Instagram Story, and tag @landroversg and 3 other account handles

      4. Instagram account must be public

          5. 6. All submissions must:

          1. Not include any content that violates or infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party (including but not limited to rights of publicity, privacy, trademark, copyright, or libel, defamation or slander).;

          2. Not feature profanities and obscenity (including nudity or hate speech);

          3. Not advocate illegal conduct, acts of violence and/or drug and alcohol use;

          4. Not disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and/or business reputation of Jaguar Land Rover;

          5. Not feature competitor brands;

              6. 7. By participating, the participant:

              1. Grants to Jaguar Land Rover the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right and license to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce his/her art submission, in any manner and in any and all distribution channels, venues or media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or any compensation to entrant.;

              2. Releases and agrees to hold harmless Jaguar Land Rover, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, promotion/marketing/public relations agencies and the directors, officers, agents, shareholders, representatives, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above entities, from any and all liability associated (directly or indirectly, in whole or in part) with participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity and receipt, acceptance or use/misuse of the prize.;

                  3. 8. One (1) eligible participant will be selected from this contest as the winner and be awarded with One (1) LEGO Technic Land Rover Defender set.

                    9. Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by 22nd December 2021.

                      10. Employees, officers, directors of Jaguar Land Rover, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, promotion/marketing agencies, as well as their immediate families (parent, child, siblings, spouse) are not eligible to enter the Contest.

                        11. All decisions of Jaguar Land Rover are final and binding in all respects, and not subject to appeal.

                      Limitations of Liability. 
                      No responsibility is assumed by Jaguar Land Rover for lost, late, incomplete, irregular, damaged, corrupted, misdirected or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Jaguar Land Rover is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any website. (The preceding expressly includes filtering or blocking/restricting access to content by any website.)  Jaguar Land Rover is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device (or the information stored thereon) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading/uploading materials from/to any website.

                      Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Contest (or any part thereof, including but not limited to the public voting phase of the Contest) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Jaguar Land Rover which, in its sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or any part thereof), Jaguar Land Rover reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and conduct the judging and select the winners in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Jaguar Land Rover in its sole discretion.
